ECO-job offers two basic types of employment. Far more important though, is that we do our work to your and the clients’ satisfaction.
ECO-job has no preference for either of the two types of employment. We are committed to the complete satisfaction of all parties concerned. Below you will find a concise description of our two basic types of employment. For more information, please contact your account manager.

Secondment
For temporary jobs varying in length from several months to three years, ECO-job offers employee secondment services. As a seconded employee, you will receive an employment contract from ECO-job, but be placed in our client’s organisation. ECO-job offers excellent terms of employment.

Recruitment and selection
You will be hired directly by our client through our recruitment and selection service.
