Procedure



Registration
As soon as ECO-job receives your registration, we set to work.  You will hear from us by email, mail or telephone (depending on your preference) within a week. We will let you know how ECO-job can be of assistance to you and what your chances of finding a job are. If you have qualifications and/or have relevant work experience in the water and environmental sectors, you will be invited for an exploratory personal interview.

Response to your application
If you apply for a vacancy  online, the account manager in question will contact you within a week and discuss the possibilities with you.

Exploratory interview
To find the right  job for you, we will invite you for an exploratory interview to get to know each other. After having discussed your wishes, we can advise you on your next career step. During this talk, we will also go through your qualifications and work experience. We will use this information, in combination with your personality, to find you  a suitable job.

Introduction to prospective employer
As soon as we have found a suitable position, we will contact you to discuss the vacancy. If you are interested, we will submit your resume to the prospective employer. We will, of course, keep you up to date on the developments.

Job interview
If the employer is interested in seeing you, we will make an appointment for the job interview. This - always exciting - interview with a prospective employer, is comparable to a regular interview. ECO-job will only be present in exceptional cases. Any follow-up talks are dependent on the position and the organisation and your interest.
