Basic recruitment services



ECO-job offers three basic intermediary services: Secondment, Recruitment and selection and Interim (senior) management.

Secondment
This service is extremely suitable for temporary work or for projects. Through ECO-job Milieu Engineering it is very easy to ‘lease’ employees to work in your organisation in a flexible way: for immediate replacement, for extra manpower in times of great pressure or for a new project.
The employee has an employment contract from ECO-job but is placed into your organisation.

Recruitment and selection
If you want to permanently fill a position within your organisation, this is the service you are looking for. The new employee will be hired directly by you.

Interim (senior) management
Growth or expansion of the activities does not automatically mean an increase in manpower. Have you, for instance, accepted a project and are you still looking for a qualified and experienced project leader for a fixed period of time? No problem. ECO-job has interim managers for a wide range of positions in the water and environmental sectors.
Even if your are looking for a temporary replacement for a manager (yourself perhaps?), ECO-job provides mediation for senior management positions. An interim manager can temporarily be in charge and provide continuity in your organisation. As an added advantage, an interim manager may have a fresh outlook on the management of your business.
