If you are looking for a new employee, we immediately set to work to find the right candidate. As a dedicated recruitment specialist in the water and environmental sectors, ECO-job is well aware of the fact that placing the right person in the right position is of paramount importance for its clients. Open and direct communication
Our clients are very satisfied with the way we guide them through the recruitment process. ECO-job’s style is characterised by an honest, open and direct way of working and communicating. We don’t beat about the bush and stand for what we do.
Introductory visit
If we don’t yet know your organisation, we would like to pay an introductory visit. We find it very important to assess your office environment as this greatly improves the chances of success. If you are a client already, we will, of course, set to work right away.
Job profile/request
On the basis of your requirements we will draw up a job profile for the job candidate to be recruited. Hard criteria such as qualifications and experience are important but social skills and ambition are important too. After all, the social skills will determine whether or not the candidate will fit your organisation.
Selection
On the basis of the job profile we will review the available candidates and provide you with a shortlist. Our candidates have qualifications and/or relevant working experience in the water and environmental sector. Subsequently, you let us know which candidates you would like to us to invite for a job interview.
To fulfil your demands as best as we can, ECO-job continuously recruits new candidates. Not only do we use the media (emphasising the trends in the demand) to attract them, but by now many people come to us of their own accord if they are ready for a new challenge. Thus, ECO-job has an accurate idea of the water and environmental specialists who could strengthen your organisation.

Alternatives
If we do not have the right candidate available immediately, we will start looking for an alternative to solve your personnel problem in consultation with you. One of the possibilities is advertising, but your account manager will be happy to tell you more about it.
